The Council for Medical Education and Testing (CMET) is a non-profit organization providing physician specific certification for the Physician Specialist in Wound Care. CMET provides the only physician specific certification in wound care.
The CMET "examination changes the dynamics of this field and advances wound care to a new level. It brings us one step closer to the goal of specialty recognition. The next challenge will be the initiation of residencies and fellowships which are commensurate with the evolution of knowledge and practice. This examination is available to all prescribing physicians, (MD, DO, DPM)”, Robert Bartlett, MD, FAPWHc, CMET President and Examination Chair.

CMET is partnering with upcoming wound care and medical conferences to offer additional venues for physicians to take the Physician Wound Care examination. With cities across the United States, there's an upcoming location close to you!
